Child Policy:
1. Children below 6 years and sharing a bed with parents will be complimentary. Children aged above 6 years to 12 years will be charged 1000+tax and above 12 years will be considered adults and will be charged as an extra person 1500+tax on the CP plan.
Cancellation Policy:
2. All FIT booking cancellations should be done 72 hours prior to the day of arrival to be exempted from the cancellation charges. Any cancellation After 72 hours will be equivalent to 1 day’s retention charges. And we are sorry but we cannot accept any cancellations on the same day or one day before the Check-in date, also all No shows will attract 1 day's retention charges. A non-refundable reservation fee is billed to the credit card used to guarantee the room reservation or a bill will be sent to the company in case of NO C. card details.
3. All group booking(More than 10 rooms) cancellations should be done 15 days prior to the day of arrival to be exempted from the cancellation charges. Any cancellation After 15 days we will consider reservation advance (50% of the total booking amount) as a cancellation charge.
Hotel Policy :
- The check-in time is 02:00 pm & the check-out time is 12:00 pm. Any late check-out and early check-in is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, room to be reserved from the previous night and late check-out will be on an additional charge basis.
- Visitors are not allowed in Guest rooms after 09:00 pm and social activities are also not entertained in guest rooms.
- Our rooms are strictly non-smoking rooms.
- Any damages in the room will cost additionally at check out.

4. All Guests are requested to produce a government-approved photo identity card like a Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card, and Aadhaar card (PAN card is not acceptable).
